One of the four Neon Ghosties from 2066. Tess never heard of the GHS until after she was killed by Callamity and turned into a ghost. She didn't really want to join, but Rita convinced her that it'll be the only way to get revenge... so Tess joined the GHS as a Neon Ghostie. Watching the ghost hunts, Tess became more acquainted with the process and soon began offering assistance to the hunts with her abilities. She doesn't like to outwardly admit it but she does enjoy spending time with everyone at HQ, they grew on her.

Living in the suburban neighborhood, she pretty much grew up in luxury. Naturally was a popular girl in school, although deep down she would rather be left alone. Her parents were pretty absent throughout her childhood due to their careers which made her pretty resentful towards them, so she's pretty abrasive towards most people. She goes out to clubs these days and currently has her eyes set on this chad-lad.
