The year is 2026, the Ghost Hunter Squad finished their final ghost hunt and are about to disband, but then a portal opens—revealing a yellow ghost woman who then sucks the squad into it, transporting them 40 years into the future! Not a hostile ghost, this yellow ghost is named Rita, and expresses that she needs their help from a world ending entity known as Callamity—An ever-growing evil ghost who has the ability to turn anyone she touches into these neon-radioactive ghosts. So, reluctantly the squad tries to help.
