One of the four Neon Ghosties from 2066. Prim wasn't necessarily a GHS fangirl, she just needed a job at the time and was hired on as a custodian. She found her way up to the Girl in the Chair when the GHS noticed that she would hack into their equipment to "watch their hunts because she was bored". Old Man Curly designed that equipment to be untouchable, so it was huge deal. Being their Girl in the Chair made a big impact on her as she got to witness everyone's unique interactions (GHS and Cameo Crew) as well as talk with them too. To socialize in this way for her was life changing. Also having intellectual challenges with Old Man Curly is one of her weekly highlights. (She's slightly smarter than Curly. Don't tell that to Curly though, he will, in fact, scream in your face.) Prim's positon was later updated to Neon Ghostie in the Chair after she was killed by Callamity.

Prim is from the heart of the city that this world exists in. As a kid, she loved reading manga and playing video games. She wasn't bullied in school, she was actually a pretty normal kid. Because of her high intellect, she graduated at age 12 and went to college. Nothing really interested her except for video games, and even those she became bored of. Living on her own now, basically a NEET, she decides to go job searching.
