One of the GHS Cameo Crew members from 2066. Bill is a no nonsense ghost hunter with adequate skills and near superhuman strength. Why does he have near superhuman strength? Dunno. As the representative of the Cameo Crew, he is in charge of monitoring Callamity’s whereabouts as well as occasionally joining the GHS in their hunts when he can. He’s not a fan of drama between others but he has zero problem being the drama himself. He’s one of the most dependable members of the Cameo Crew.
