One of the four Neon Ghosties from 2066. Rosa did hear about the GHS through Rita, a regular customer that she served at the bar she works at (Rita doesn't drink, she just likes their food). Rosa was killed by Callamity while simultaneously being possessed by a demon! So now she is both ghost and demon. Joining the GHS as a Neon Ghostie thanks to Rita, Rosa now has regulars that she can toy with and make uncomfortable with her unending flirting, it's like her favorite thing to do. She doesn't care too much about the ghost hunting, but she couldn't imagine herself not doing it because that would mean she can't interact with her toys—FRIENDS.
